Modefabriek: Jeans 2009
The Modefabriek celebrated its 12,5 years anniversary on Sunday 27 and 28 July. Twice a year, the Amsterdam RAI is the bustling centre of both the national and international fashion world. At the 25th edition of the fashion trade fair of the Benelux well-established labels and talented newcomers revealed their 2009 summer collections. Wannahaves was present to find out which upcoming trends you can expect in 2009.

Many international designers were able to present their collections at the Modefabriek in stylish and inviting surroundings. In our search for the latest trends, jeans were the first on the list.



PME LEGEND
The Summer 2009 collection of PME LEGEND is a range that combines rich materials with balanced styling. The PME JEANS range will be extended with the latest ‘Legend Pant’ model. This is a fancy five-pocket jeans design with elaborate details and blind patched pockets.

Kuyichi
Kuyichi brings a seriously playful collection for Summer 2009. The durable brand offers a wide range of different shapes and fits with a native rock attitude. Highlights of the Pure Denim collection are the more relaxed fits and the light wash directions. Kuyichi offers 4 light washes, where the newly introduced Lenpur and Soya denim are used for the bright purple looks.
