Fly Fishing
Winston is a true fan of fish for dinner and that’s exactly why he’s in Canada visiting the Mont Tremble National Park. He dived straight into the Diable River to learn all about fly fishing. Together with Dennis, an experienced fly fisher, he goes fishing for his own dinner. Dennis teaches him all about his sport and Winston is trying very hard to catch his very first trout.

The fly
The line used for fly fishing is between 2 and 3 meters long. At the end of the line we find the fake fly that’s supposed to trick the fish into believing it’s a real fly. The fish go after the fly and with a little luck you will catch the fish. The fake flies are available in all sorts off shapes, but the true experienced fly fishers usually like to make their own flies.

Mont Tremblant National Park
The Mont Tremblant National Park in Canada is the biggest nature park in Quebec. Within the park there are various lakes and rivers set against a mountain backdrop. The park has a lot to offer in winter as well as in summer. The Diable River streams straight through the park and in the river you can find a lot of trout.
