Once you get a hold of this item, you'll get nervous instantly! Nerve-wrecking and extremely exciting! Blow up the balloon and attach it to the machine. Now twist the wheel which will show you if you have to twist the button a quarter turn, a half turn or all the way. Once you did this as quick as you can pass the machine on to the next person. Anytime the needle can pop out and make the balloon explode! You never know when this will happen so it's really scary. Ofcourse no one will want that to happen while they hold the balloon.
