The newest Pavilion tx1020 is the lightest notebook in the Pavilion line. It weighs only 1.77 kg. The high-definition, spacious display means comfortable viewing that won't strain your eyes, yet its super compact. Plus, you can open it like a classic notebook, twist it backward for presentations or to save space on a plane, or fold it flat like a slate.

This model is configured with a touchscreen and used with the included stylus (which stows on the notebook) so you can easily add writing to onscreen content. You can also create drawings and illustrations with the optional touchscreen. The advantage of touchscreen is tapping the icons, file menus, and doing limited handwriting. Because of HP QuickPlay you can play movies or listen music without starting Windows.
