Shake Control
Shake Control provides the easiest way to change a track. While Shake Control is enabled press and hold the Walkman key. Flick your wrist and a vibration lets you know that the track has changed. Shake Control selects randomly a new song from the current playlist.

SensMe-technology
When Media Manager is used to import music to the W980i Walkman Phone it allows immediate use of Sony Ericsson's SensMe-technology. SensMe creates playlists based on tempo and mood and automatically places songs in one of the four categories; slow, fast, happy or sad.
